Manufacturer Warranty

Because Domaine & Co. is an authorized dealer, every piece carries the manufacturer's full warranty — identical to what you'd receive buying directly from the maker. Coverage terms and length are specific to each piece and detailed on its product page.

Write to us first at concierge@dandcusa.com. We handle the paperwork with the manufacturer on your behalf — diagnosing the issue, coordinating replacement parts, and, where applicable, scheduling on-site service.

Standard exclusions apply: damage from improper installation, neglected maintenance, alteration, or use outside the manufacturer's published specifications. Cosmetic wear consistent with the material's nature is not a defect.
