Terms of Service

This site is operated by Domaine & Co LLC ("Domaine," "we," "us"). Domaine is the merchant of record for every order placed here and holds authorized-dealer accounts with the manufacturers whose pieces appear on the list. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Domaine carries between one and five pieces at a time. Specifications, photographs, and availability are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. We correct errors in pricing, specification, or availability when we find them, and we may cancel and fully refund an order affected by such an error.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars at the manufacturer's advertised price. Applicable tax and the shipping fee are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify; Domaine does not store full payment card details. An order is accepted when payment is captured and the order is confirmed by email.

Orders ship from the manufacturer by freight to your driveway (curbside) at a flat $500 shipping fee, typically 15–30 business days after the order, depending on availability and location. In-home white-glove delivery and installation are available on request at additional cost — ask before ordering. Liftgate availability for curbside offloading varies by location. Cancellation windows, defect claims, and refund handling are set out in the returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Each piece carries the original manufacturer warranty, registered in your name. Domaine coordinates claims with the manufacturer but does not itself manufacture the goods. Coverage, exclusions, and the claim process are described on the warranty page. Except as stated there and as required by applicable law, goods are supplied without additional warranties from Domaine.

Follow the manufacturer's installation, operating, and maintenance instructions supplied with your piece. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no health outcome is claimed or promised. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before using heat or cold immersion equipment.

The text, photography, and design of this site are owned by Domaine & Co LLC or its manufacturers and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at volume, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domaine's total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
