Domaine & Co. collects only what you provide when you write in — name, email, and any details you share in your message. When you subscribe to the ledger notice, we retain your email address for that purpose alone.

Correspondence is used to answer your inquiry and coordinate any resulting order or delivery. Ledger emails are sent only when a piece joins, changes, or ships. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

When you place an order, the authorized manufacturer and their white-glove delivery partner receive the information required to fulfill it — name, delivery address, contact number, and product details. That's the extent of it.
