Shipping & Delivery

Every piece on the list ships directly from its authorized manufacturer. Domaine & Co. coordinates the order; the maker builds, crates, and dispatches.

Lead time is listed on each product page and confirmed in writing at the time of order. Most pieces ship within 2–8 weeks; certain made-to-order cabins take longer. We do not hold speculative inventory.

Freight to the contiguous United States is included at the listed price. Delivery is scheduled by appointment. White-glove service — threshold placement, uncrating, and debris removal — is included where the manufacturer offers it, and noted per piece.

You are responsible for a clear, level installation site and access adequate to receive the piece. Electrical, water, and structural preparations are the buyer's responsibility. Detailed requirements are provided prior to shipment.
