Returns & Warranty

Refunds, when applicable, are processed and appear in your account within 30 days.

All sales are final. We only accept returns for defective products. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim — via our contact page, with your order number.

All defect claims are verified by our supplier's team before any resolution. We may request photos or video of the defect, additional details about the issue, and proof of purchase. Once verified, you'll be offered one of the following: repair of the item, replacement with a new item, or a refund of the purchase price.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear; products that have been altered or modified after delivery; and non-defective products — we do not accept exchanges for buyer's remorse, measurement errors, or change of mind.

Orders may be canceled without penalty only before the order has been confirmed and processed with our supplier (typically within the first 24 hours of purchase). After that point, cancellation is not guaranteed and is subject to our supplier's order-cancellation terms.

Every product sold through Domaine & Co. is covered by the original manufacturer's factory warranty. Lumin Collection saunas include a 1-year warranty, covering repair, replacement of parts, or full replacement for manufacturing defects.

What's not covered: normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), and damage from external factors such as weather, fire, or pests.

To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We'll coordinate directly with the manufacturer to review your claim and arrange repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement as appropriate.

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Any manufacturer's warranty is in addition to your legal rights. This Returns & Warranty Policy is subject to change without prior notice.
